Terms of service

These Terms are between you and Gondag (trading as Gondag Trainer). By creating an account or using Gondag Trainer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Gondag Trainer offers practice and preparation tools for job interviews, school and professional exams, certification exam simulations, coding drills, and guided study. Content and scores are for learning only. They are not official exam results, credentials, hiring decisions, or professional advice. We do not sell certificates or guarantee exam outcomes.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, circumvent limits, or harm other users.

Paid plans are processed by Polar as merchant of record. Prices, renewals, taxes, and invoices are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel through Manage billing in the app when available. See our Refund policy.

• Do not use the service to cheat on real exams or misrepresent AI-assisted work where rules forbid it.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not share account access in ways that violate your plan’s intended use.

Family account owners (a parent or legal guardian) are responsible for learners they invite, including minors. Before a child under 13 may use the service, the parent/guardian must create the household account, invite the learner, and complete any parental-consent steps we present. Owners must provide accurate information and may review, export, or delete learner data from the Family dashboard subject to our Privacy policy.

The product, branding, and original content we provide are owned by Gondag or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host and process it to operate the service.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The date on this page shows the latest revision.
