Privacy policy

Gondag (trading as Gondag Trainer; “we”, “us”) provides AI-assisted interview, exam-prep, certification-practice, coding, and study tools. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and services.

• Account details such as name, email, and authentication data (including Google sign-in when you choose it).
• Usage data from assessments, practice sessions, reports, and in-app activity.
• Billing-related identifiers from our payment provider (Polar). We do not store full card numbers.
• Messages you send through Help or Feedback.
• Family plan details you provide about learners (for example display name, grade, or birth year).

• To operate the product, authenticate you, and deliver practice sessions and reports.
• To process subscriptions and respond to support requests.
• To improve features using aggregated analytics and feedback you submit.
• To protect the service against abuse and enforce our terms.

Paid plans are billed by Polar as merchant of record. Polar processes payment details under its own privacy terms. We receive subscription status and customer identifiers needed to unlock your plan.

Family plans are designed for a parent or legal guardian who owns the household subscription. Before a learner under 13 may use practice features, the parent/guardian must (1) create and verify the owner account, (2) invite the learner, and (3) complete any parental-consent or age-gate steps shown in the Family dashboard. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents may review, correct, export, or request deletion of learner data via the Family dashboard or by emailing support@gondag.com.

We share data with service providers that help us run the product (hosting, email delivery, AI inference, and payments). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.

We retain account and session data while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal obligations. We use safeguards such as HTTPS and hashed passwords for email accounts.

You can update account details in the product, manage billing through the customer portal when subscribed, and contact support via support@gondag.com or Help. For deletion or export requests, email us from your account address.
